How to check for blockages on your Dyson Micro 1.5kg™ cordless vacuum
Dyson Micro 1.5kg™ cordless vacuum’s are engineered to make a pulsing sound to let you know if something is preventing airflow from passing through the machine.

If your machine detects a blockage, the motor will pulse six times. A blockage could occur if an item too large for the machine is accidentally vacuumed up. Our video support guide will help you identify and remove any obstructions from the Soft roller cleaner head, wand or bin inlet.
Leave your machine to cool down before looking for blockages and, for your safety, take care not to touch the power button.

Always ensure you disconnect your machine from the charger cord before carrying out any maintenance.
