In the past, this apartment was modified in a way that might not have been up to code by NYC’s standards… but thats been fixed however you can clearly see the remains of how the apartment was set up in the past, and how the layout may have been different. Perhaps, its nicer now tho? I think the larger living space is the way to go personally, and the apartment was quite sunny even on such a cloudy day.
